For the purpose of this study, we will be looking back for the past 5 years a successful RFA procedure is defined as a procedure that results is greater than 50% pain relief and improved function in at least one activity that usually provokes or aggravates patient's pain.
We want to define history, physical exam and imaging factors that could predict success with lumbar medial branch radiofrequency ablation for patients with low back pain secondary to lumbar facet arthritis
