The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of two FDA-approved treatment strategies; MRI-Guided Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy (MRgLITT) versus Resective Epilepsy Surgery in children with epilepsy who have not had good outcomes with medication.
