Summary
The purpose of the proposed study is to validate the DREAD scale in a larger, more diverse sample of Diabetes Healthcare Providers. Our aim is to further refine the scale in order to improve the psychometric properties if necessary. The DREAD scale will be used to identify rates of diabetes burnout in DHPs and is to be used in conjunction with interventions to prevent and reduce the occurrence of burnout in these healthcare professionals.
