This study investigates treatment options for patients with recurrent small cell lung cancer (SCLC). SCLC is a type of lung cancer that grows and spreads quickly. The study has two parts: Phase I focuses on finding a safe dose of an investigational medication combined with two other treatments, while Phase II compares two treatment combinations to see which is more effective.
In the study, participants will receive the investigational medication and two other treatments through intravenous infusions. These infusions will happen in cycles that repeat every 21 days. After four cycles, one of the treatments will stop, and the participants will continue with the other two treatments every two weeks. The study will monitor safety and any side effects experienced by the participants.
- Who can participate: Adults with extensive-stage SCLC who have previously received platinum-based chemotherapy may join. Participants must have recovered from previous treatment side effects and meet health criteria related to pregnancy and contraception, including the requirement for male participants to use contraception. Additional eligibility criteria regarding specific health conditions may apply.
- Study details: Participants will receive treatments through IV infusions in cycles. Participants will continue treatment until certain conditions occur.
