This study investigates the effects of two investigational medications on endometrial cancer that has returned, does not respond to treatment, or has spread to other parts of the body. Endometrial cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the lining of the uterus. The purpose of this study is to see how well these medications can stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking certain enzymes needed for cell growth.

Participants in this study will receive the investigational medications and will be monitored for their response to the treatment. The study will involve medical evaluations to assess the effects of the medications on the cancer and any side effects experienced by the participants.

• Who can participate: This study is open to females with recurrent or persistent endometrial carcinoma that is resistant to standard treatments. Participants must have had at least one prior chemotherapy regimen and be able to swallow oral medications. Women must agree to use contraception and have a negative pregnancy test prior to the study. Participants with clear cell histology are excluded.
