Summary
This study will help to define gaps in the Health Information Technology (HIT) system at Indian Health Service facilities and what changes are required to meet the needs of the facilities as a whole from the perspective of the end-user. From a practical perspective, it is expected that the needs of healthcare personnel are not being met when using their current HIT system.
