Summary
This study aims to better understand how interested and disinterested partner feedback at various points during a social interaction influence decisions to engage in sexually coercive behavior with a partner who ultimately does not wish to engage in sexual intercourse. Further, this study will examine how affective and behavioral responses are influenced by the presence or absence of alcohol, individual differences in emotion regulation, expectations for sexual activity, and subjective evaluations of the hypothetical female's behavior in a written vignette.
