Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects COVID-19 had on survivors' thinking ability, physical function, mood and daily living skills.

Description

Participants will complete a one-on-one appointment with research staff in the hospital/clinic, by phone or by video chat. The appointment will include thinking and memory activities as well as questionnaires about mood, memory, health, medications, and daily activities.
