This study investigates the genetic factors that may influence Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). FASD is a group of conditions that can occur in a person whose mother drank alcohol during pregnancy. The study aims to understand how genetics play a role in these conditions.
Participants will provide contact information, demographic details, and information about prenatal alcohol exposure or FASD evaluations. They will also take a photo of themselves and provide a saliva sample. All procedures can be completed from home without any in-person visits.
- Who can participate: Adults and children who speak English and were exposed to alcohol before birth or have an FASD diagnosis can participate.
