Summary
The purpose of this study is to better understand how infection fighting cells in the blood and lungs (white blood cells) fight chronic infection with Pseudomonas.
Description
This study will investigate the interactions between macrophages, neutrophils and the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa pertaining to Cystic Fibrosis (CF) lung disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
