Summary
The purpose of this study is to validate the utilization of an on-board lysis only. The swabs will be broken off into the buffer and a portion of the buffer will go through the off-board lysis and the other portion will go through the on-board lysis only then both samples will be run on the Group A Strep PCR assay.

The purpose of this study is to validate the utilization of an on-board lysis only.
