Summary

The purpose of this study is to assess the initial safety and feasibility of treatment with the Tissue Genesis (TGI) Icellator. This device removes certain cells from the fatty tissue which will be used to treat patients with poor blood flow in the leg caused by peripheral artery disease (PAD).

Description

The purpose of this study is to assess the initial safety and preliminary feasibility of treatment with the Tissue Genesis (TGI) Icellator Cell Isolation System (Icellator) to prevent or delay major amputation and/or death in subjects with critical limb ischemia (CLI).
