Summary
To estimate the objective response rate (PR or CR ? 8 weeks) to sunitinib in 2 strata of recurrent or progressive brain tumors in pediatric and young adult patients. The target tumors are: Stratum A: Recurrent/progressive/refractory high-grade glioma (excluding diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) Stratum B: Recurrent/progressive/refractory ependymoma.
