The objective of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of bortezomib in combination with cyclosporine and methotrexate as acuite graft versus host disease (aGVHD) prophylaxis in pediatric patients undergoing allogeniec hematopoietic stem cell transplant (alloHSCT).
