Summary
We will do a retrospective chart review of patients at the VA who are diabetics and separate them into different cohorts based on their anti-hyperglycemic medications and then follow them over time looking for development of microvascular and macrovascular disease from lab work and from hospitalizations for significant events (myocardial infarction, stroke, ect)
