Summary
. We will review records of patients with head and neck cancer diagnoses who were at least 75 years old at the time of diagnosis, treated in 2005 to present. Adherence to treatment guidelines, disease-free survival, and functional outcomes will be examined as well as demographics and co-morbidities.
