Hypotheses 1. The appearance of a low voltage EKG in a heart transplant patient, although non- specific, may correlate with clinical indicators of rejection, such as biopsy or functional assessment by echocardiography. 2. The EKG voltage improves days before the clinical and echocardiographic response during treatment of rejection. The improvement in voltage may correlate with outcome.
