Summary

The purpose of this study is to compare 2 different treatment types for tibial fractures in order to determine which is most effective.

Description

The purpose of this study is to help determine the best treatment for severe leg fractures of the tibia (shin bones). These fractures are difficult to treat and are associated with infection and other complications.
