The purpose of this project is to determine the effects of physical training on fitness, thinking, mood, and daily living skills.
Description
We are proposing a pilot study to provide preliminary data demonstrating adherence to the proposed exercise intervention in the target sample (persons with MCI). This information on adherence in the target population will be used as preliminary data to support a large R01 submission of an RCT of the efficacy of exercise training to improve brain structure and function in patients with MCI.
