Summary
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, PD-0325901, will shrink plexiform neurofibromas and what effects PD-0325901 has on the patient and their neurofibroma.
Description
To determine whether PD-0325901 results in objective radiographic responses based on volumetric MRI measurements in adolescents and adults with Neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1) and growing of symptomatic, Inoperable plexiform neurofibromas(PN).
