Summary
The purpose of this study is to see how predictable the immediate post operative alignment is of the more ?final? outcome as determined at the two month post operative assessment. By conducting a prospective study to evaluate changes in measurement over time using the nonadjustible suture technique, one can qualify the effects on the angle of deviation immediately after surgery and over the course of follow up.
