The specific aim of this project is to implement a ?bundle? of interventions which, when used in concert will modify a child?s pain experience and attenuate discomfort during needlestick procedures by incorporating the environment, pharmacologic measures, non-pharmacologic measures, support before (during and after the procedure) and debriefing after the procedure
