Summary
The purpose of this study is to better understand the appearance of the legs in children.
Description
In this study we plan to prospectively image with ultrasonography (US) the lower limb metaphyses in a series of children without known/suspected non-accidental injury (NAI), determine the nature and frequency of abnormalities in these children that might be confused for NAI lesions, and prospectively determine whether any of these abnormalities are more common on US in children with known/suspected NAI.
