Summary
The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the usual practices in the clinics with respect to processes such as vaccine recommendations, vaccine administration, and multiple dose follow-up, obtain providers' existing attitudes towards and experiences with vaccine recommendations with a focus on HPV, obtain perceptions and use of the CDS reminders implemented in this study, and obtain perceptions and use of our study's recommended script.
Description
