Summary

The purpose of this study is to see if it is safe and still helpful to take a tablet that releases the amantadine hydrochloride into the body more slowly and is taken once a day.

Description

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled parallel group, 3-arm, Phase 3, multicenter study. This is a fixed dose trial (after a titration period) that will compare the efficacy and safety of Amantadine HCl Extended Release Tablets with placebo in subjects aged 30 to 85 with Parkinson?s disease who have Levodopa-Induced Dyskinesias.
