Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of two different treatment techniques on reducing swelling following an ankle sprain and to identify return to play protocol following acute lateral ankle sprains

Description

The purpose of this study is to determine if the addition of a soft tissue mobilization technique to a traditional treatment protocol will improve levels of swelling and pain following a lateral ankle sprain and to identify a return to play protocol following lateral ankle sprains.
