The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of GenMark's sample-to-answer ePlex Blood Culture Identification Gram Positive (BCID-GP) and ePlex Blood Culture Identification Gram Negative (BCID-GN) panels compared to conventional bacterial identification (ID) and antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) methods.
