The purpose of this study is to find out how much pegcrisantaspase should be given in each dose, to learn more about the pharmacology in children and young adults, to learn more about and evaluate the effectiveness of a drug in patients with ALL/LBL, and to learn about the side effects of pegcrisantaspase in children and young adults.
