Summary
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether or not a seat belt sign existed upon presentation Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health, if a CT scan was completed, and what the laboratory results demonstrated at the time of initial presentation. The information will be analyzed to determine what could be a predictor of intra-abdominal injury and whether or not the patient had a significant intra-abdominal injury.
Description
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether or not a seat belt sign existed upon presentation Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health, if a CT scan was completed, and what the laboratory results demonstrated at the time of initial presentation.
