Summary
The purpose of this study is to assess if an investigational drug called KRN23 is an effective and safe treatment for adults 18 years of age and older with TIO or ENS.
Description
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, identify the appropriate dose and efficacy of KRN23 in subjects with TIO or ENS whose tumor/skin lesion is inoperable
