The purpose of this study is to define a classification system for CT scan findings in Clostridium difficile infection; to determine physiologic parameters in Clostridium difficile infection that are predictive of complicated Clostridium difficile; to create a scoring system to define earlier operative indications for Clostridium difficile infections based on CT scan findings and physiological parameters.
