The purpose of this study is to evaluate kidneys using a new ultrasound device Mobi US SP1 that is considerably smaller than conventional ultrasound machines and can be attached to a Tablet device; to understand the chronic changes associated with kidney disease; and to help improve the number of patients who will keep follow up with their kidney doctors.
