Summary
The purpose of this study is to develop a hand motion analysis tool that will allow study of the surgical operator variability in performance of CABG surgery, to learn how operators achieve excellence in their performance and to develop a performance improvement tool, to develop a tool helping in the selection of candidates for CV Surgeons based on the right combination of motor and cognitive abilities, and to better understand how to achieve the best surgical outcomes, improve patient care and optimize utilization of expensive teams and operating theatres.
