The purpose of this study is to study the Putting the Smile in Primary Care (PSPC) model and determine its potential for 1) addressing an important gap in population health and 2) supporting the Triple Aim by i. improving oral health care access, ii. enhancing primary care quality, and iii. reducing healthy system wide costs assoicated with dental disease.
