The purpose of this study is to compare the rate of pneumothorax on chest x-ray in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided thoracentesis in 2011-2013 vs. clinically apparent symptomatic pneumothorax in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided thoracentesis in 2014-August 2015.
