The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of enoxaparin bridging with the modified regimen compared to the standard regimen in the peri-operative setting for patients undergoing major surgery at the Roudebush VAMC who received an enoxaparin bridge from the Roudebush VA Anticoagulation Clinic.
