The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effect of the combination of the study drugs, axitinib (INLYTA?, AG-013736), and crizotinib (XALKORI?, PF 02341066) on cancer and to find the best combination dose.
Description
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of axitinib in combination with crizotinib in patients with solid tumors and advanced RCC in order to estimate the MTD and select the RP2D.
