The purpose of this study is to evaluate an experimental drug, MEDI4276, in treating breast and stomach (gastric) cancer.
Description
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, PK, immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of MEDI4276 as a single agent in adult subjects with select advanced breast or gastric cancers that is resistant to standard therapy or for which no standard therapy exists.
