Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the preferred speed you run and walk at in a continuous setting (track) and the preferred speed you run and walk at in an open setting (gymnasium) differs from the preferred speed you run and walk at in our smaller laboratory setting.

Description

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the size of the testing space and a subject's ability to replicate their preferred running and walking speed.
