The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effect of treatment with ACTIMMUNE (Interferon Gamma 1-b) on bone resorption.
Description
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of treatment with ACTIMMUNE at week 14 on bone resorption markers in subjects, age 3-65, diagnosed with Autosomal Dominant Osteopetrosis Type 2 due to heterozygous mutations in the chloride channel 7 gene.
