Summary
This randomized phase II trial studies how well irinotecan hydrochloride and temozolomide with temsirolimus or dinutuximab work in treating younger patients with neuroblastoma that has returned or does not respond to treatment.
Description
The purpose of this study is to identify whether temsirolimus or ch14.18 (dinutuximab) is the optimal therapeutic agent to consider for further testing in a future Phase III randomized trial for treatment of newly diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma.
