Summary

The purpose of this study is to monitor pupil size as a function of time after a single drop of the 0.1% brimonidine eyedrop, under different light levels, for different age groups, in different iris colors, and for distance and near viewing.

Description

The purpose of this study is to monitor pupil size as a function of time after a single drop of the 0.1% brimonidine topically applied to the eye, under (1) different light levels, (2) different age groups, (3) different iris colors, and (4) for the distance and near viewing.
