The purpose of this study is to conduct ethnographic field research in a setting where communications, interactions, and skills may be identified that will transfer to online learning in an academic setting, and to generate materials (images and videos) that may be used for mutually beneficial marketing, and interview and observation data that will result in academic publication and/or conference presentations by the investigator.
