Summary
This purpose of this study is to test a new, inhaled medication that is designed to improve airway hydration and help with the clearance of mucus for individuals with Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD), a rare genetic condition affecting the lungs and other organs.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of treatment with VX-371 with and without ivacaftor, and the effect of these treatments on quality of life (QOL) in partipants with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD).
Description
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety and effects of the inhaled combination of VX-371 with and without hypertonic saline in patients with PCD.
