Summary
The purpose of this study is to conduct an adequately powered, full-scale efficacy test of the computerized cognitive training intervention BrainHQ against a computer-based general cognitive stimulation crossword puzzle intervention and a usual care control who receive no computerized cognitive intervention to improve memory, serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and secondary outcomes.
