Summary

In this qualitative study, I propose to conduct telephone interviews with 50 victims? families and survivors of September 11, 2001 and 50 victims? families and survivors of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing to identify how they coped, what they think of the memorialization and accountability processes, and how they formed impressions of offenders.
