Summary
The purpose of this study is to determine if a shallow-water exercise program has an effect on physical function, felt pain, and well-being among seven adults age 60 to 75 who have symptoms of knee or hip osteoarthritis.
Description
The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a difference in subject pain, well-being, balance and basic mobility, flexibility of the upper and lower body, and lower body strength when engaged with aquatic functional movement intervention using a stationary pole compared with engagement with the same aquatic functional movement intervention without the use of a stationary pole.
