The purpose of this study is to understand the mechanism by which humans acquire preferences for bitter and pungent compounds and to examine if the establishment of these preferences has any effect on eating behavior.
Description
The goal of this project is to understand the mechanism by which humans acquire preferences for bitter and pungent compounds and then to examine which health outcomes and eating behaviors correlate with the establishment of these preferences.
