Summary
The purpose of this study is to (1) gain a more complete understanding of how students evaluate foreign language information resources when they have limited proficiency in that language, (2) to understand the effect of targeted information literacy instruction on students' development of skills in locating and evaluating information in foreign languages, and (3) to identify unmet student needs within these processes in order to make curricular and instructional recommendations.
