The purpose of this study is to determine if the safety and the effect of three different doses (strengths) of MTbLF [Metrodora Therapeutics' bovine (comes from a cow) Lactoferrin (a protein found in milk) (abbreviated as MTbLF)] taken with or without food in patients with anemia and Crohn's disease will help them.
